Makenge baskets have been used for centuries in Zambia for winnowing grain. They are traditionally given to brides as a wedding gift and often she will pass it down to her own newly married daughter and passed down from generation to generation. In-stock items ship within 2-4 working days.
In the event that an item is out of stock the lead time for dispatch will then be between 1 - 3 weeks - you will be notified within 24hrs via email if this is the case.
South Africa - The Courier Guy 2 -3 days for delivery from dispatch date.
International orders are dispatched with Fedex and EMS courier. You will be able to select the choice of shipper in the check out cart.
Fedex delivery is 7-9 working days, EMS is currently 25-35 working days.
