What methods of payment do you accept?

All South African transactions are processed in ZAR or USD via PayPal.  We accept payment via PayFast platform, accepting MasterCard, Visa card or via EFT. PayFast is 100% secure. For more info click PayFast

All international orders are processed by PAYPAL (100% secure click here for more info PayPal).  In certain countries you can view our products in your local currency by selecting the available currency option, and check out and payment will be in that currency. Otherwise payment will be in USD.

What information is collected about me when I visit the site?

African Creative only collects the information necessary to process your order, name and address etc.  We do not store any credit card information on our site, in addition, the site is 100% SSL secure. African Creative does not sell or pass information onto any third parties.   

Can I find all African Creative products on this site?

We have a massive collection of art pieces in our African Creative catalogue, however only a certain number of products are available on this site.

Shipping and Tracking

In-stock items ship within 2-3 days; In the event that the item is out of stock, a member of the African Creative team will be in touch via email within 24hrs and will notify the lead time for the order.  The lead time for dispatch is usually between 1 and 3 weeks.

 

We ship all our products from Cape Town, South Africa.  You will receive your tracking number via email immediately upon shipment.  Local orders are dispatched with SkyNet & Aramex couriers.  Delivery will be made in 2-3 days once dispatched.

 

International orders are dispatched with Aramex courier, EMS courier, or registered international airmail. During cart check out you will be able to select which service you would like to use.

 

Aramex delivery is between 7 to 10 working days, EMS 10-15 working days and registered international airmail 15 to 20 working days.  These shipping times are an approximation and can vary. However, there may be delays at customs in the destination country, over which we have no control.

 

Please note: Our prices and shipping rates are not inclusive of any charges assessed by your local customs.  On arrival of your order, you may be required to pay Tax, Duty and/or VAT charges in accordance with the regulations in your country.

How do I unsubscribe to the African Creative Newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the African Creative letter, complete a feedback form with the title as “Unsubscribe from Newsletter” and a member of our staff will deal with your request or click on ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the Newsletter.

Why are some art pieces out of stock?

Sorry! We do our best, but we don't always have everything in stock because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once that particular piece is no longer available online, it will be rather difficult to supply.

What happens if something goes wrong with my order?

Returns Procedures

We are totally confident that you will be delighted with your African Creative purchase.  If for any reason you are unhappy, you may return your item at your expense for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.  All returns must be shipped in their original containers, and we must receive them in as-new condition. Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Complete this form - click here

In the event you received a damaged or defective product please contact us within 7 days by completing this form click here.  We will get back to you within 48-72 hrs and determine whether to send you a replacement at no additional cost or refund your account.

Refund procedures

Once the product has been received and checked by African Creative, the customers banking details will be verified in order to issue a refund.  Allow 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect. Refund question must be placed after returns procedures.
